Re: Pins – Our Steps to Social Distancing
With Pins, our Boutique Bowling & Cocktail Bar re-opening on the 15th August 2020, we wanted you to know everything we are doing to ensure the safety of both customers and staff, following the governments social distancing guidelines.
We have created two short videos for you to watch, which can be found below; explaining what we are doing to promote a safe and fun experience.
We want to make sure our customers feel safe at all times while visiting our centre and disposable gloves are available on request.
To ensure we keep a safe distance between customers from different households, we will operate with only 3 out of our 6 bowling lanes for the foreseeable future, with every other lane out of use; this creating a safe distance between each operational lane.
After each use, all bowling balls will be wiped down and fully sanitised before the next customer group commence their game of bowling.
We have fixed a large perspex screen in front of all tills, creating a separation barrier between both customers.
Each group will be seated in the bar at their own table, each table with a safe distance between another.
All orders will no longer be taken at the bar but instead be taken either by table/lane service or through our app. This app can be downloaded on the Apple Store/Play Store by simply searching ‘Bowl Central’.
Bowling lanes can now be booked online; through our website and also via our app.
We require all of our customers to sanitise their hands upon entry. We also have hand sanitiser available throughout the centre to be used as needed.
We appreciate your cooperation whilst we introduce new measures to try and make the venue safer for everyone.
